No matter what your major or the type of Bachelor’s Degree that you hold . . . ACT Houston offers content and grade level certification for you to enter the classroom quickly – without any additional university coursework.

For most certifications, candidates must take the TExES Content Test for their approved certification area.  There are some certifications that require two TExES Content Tests:
Bilingual, Spanish, & French take the TExES Content Test & TOPT.
EC-12 Special Education take both the TExES Sp. Ed. test and grade-level content test.
