Clinical Teaching Placement-Fall 2012!

ACT Houston offers two routes for certification -- Internship AND Clinical Teaching.
The best route in these times of budget cuts and restrictive hiring by local ISDs is Clinical Teaching.  Clinical Teachers are Student Teachers who:

  • receive no pay
  • are placed in the classroom of a Cooperating Teacher
  • receive support from a Field Supervisor
  • do not have a Probationary Certificate
  • receive a Standard Certificate at the end of the 14-week practicum

Get on the fast track for CLINICAL TEACHING!
The next 14-week Clinical Teaching Practicum will start in September 2012!
Placements are very limited, so get on the list now.
